Suggestion: trophy penalty/bonus based on TH level

This is similar to the loot penalty when a high TH player attacks a low TH player.

The trophy penalty/bonus applies only if at least one of attacker and defender has at least 3200 trophies.
Currently loot based on TH level only has penalty, but the trophy based on TH level has both penalty and bonus.

For example:
Winning an attack or a defense against a player one TH level lower should give 80% trophy.
Winning an attack or a defense against a player one TH level higher should give 120% trophy.
Winning an attack or a defense against a player two TH levels lower should give 50% trophy.
Winning an attack or a defense against a player two TH levels higher should give 150% trophy.

I'm a TH 11, so this suggestion doesn't profit myself at all.

I just want the lower TH level to be competitive in trophy pushing.
With this, TH10s and even TH9s can have a place in the legends.
