Yup thats happened to me before thats why i dont buy i gems anymore i dont wanna get ripped off again
Open a ticket with supercell, no need to bring it up here.
Make sure you were charged, and the forums is not the place for an issue like this. Please email them through in game support.
how do u do that
Open the game > Settings > help and support > Report an issue > purchasing issue ... then tell them your issue and maybe your email from itunes which prove you've already bought gems .. you will receive an email from supercell you should wait at least 2-3 weaks for the answer( because they're busy for the new update )
and i guess your iPhone/iPad is jailbroken that will cause this problem
