2 barns are over 2000 (maybe 3)
1 barn just hit 1000 and we continue to increase that player. He plays very strong considering the smaller resources.

2 players hold 9 to 5 jobs and their game play reflects that. The others are on more frequently.

All of us play regularly and are derby strong (sometimes getting 9x 320 or 10x 320 tasks)

This is what we're looking for:
Majority English Speaking
An existing Champions Level Hood.

9 tasks at 300 and above - 10th task optional

No attempts or desires to be in the top 200 of the Champions League don't care if we move up or down Champion leader board.

No diamond pressure
No boat pressure
Play for fun
Second chances (concessions for failed tasks or incomplete)
FB page or email for communication.

Clear directive / objectives f the NH
Slackers kicked out (those that don't help or don't boat help, or pull tasks under what's required)

This is a friendly no stress drama free hood, currently consisting of English speaking nationalities to join us. We are respectful of each other


we like to have helpful neighbors, we do not like greedy hoodies that take and do not give.
We all help each other with Land, Barn and Silo expansion. We aim to fully open everyone's farmland and fishing areas one farmer at a time.
We sell within the hood for 1 coin unless the seller is trying to raise funds for a machine.

We participate in derby to gain horseshoes and if we manage a trophy it is a nice extra.
We do not spend diamonds to refresh the task board.
It not compulsory to buy an extra task just to gain an extra horseshoe however if a tasks times out or a low task is taken in error the extra task is taken to make up the points lost.

I am the leader and I personally would like to ensure that all my team members have an awesome in game experience

Why did I create my neighbourhood? I have found my experience with neighbourhoods has not been the best because the other team members did not help me out so I have created my own neighbourhood where that will not happen.

Love/Hate Derby? We have something for you. Long established, fun, friendly, chatty, multi cup winning neighborhood is looking for a few very active adult new members.
Drama free and helpful, levels 40-142 with worldwide, adult only, neighbors. Our only rule is "have fun".
We try to have something for everyone, so some weeks we go all out for gold cup, some weeks we all just do as we please, and other weeks we decide to drop a league ( currently championship league) and offer in house prizes for the lowest score.
