i love this game so much, but i can see that those newly created clans most are dead clean.
no body join the new clean, this is not good to player or super cell.
please suggest some attraction for those new clan. i.e receive multiple clans experience when war with those higher level clans. e.g experience x1.2 to 1.5 or x2 when clean level higher then self Clan
Most don't join low lvl clans as there's nothing to gain, here are my suggestions to improve this:
1. Reduce required members to just five (5) to be able to start war on lvl 1 & 2 clans
2. Match them solely against the same lvl clans, not higher
3. Allow lower lvl camps, upto TH4, have special troop boosts during wars
4. Stop 'hopper' from leaving clans during war prep, if they start, then they can't leave/hop until after war finishes
