I also feel it's kinda unfair that lower lvl th don't get anything new. Really, you have to be th9 or above to be able to experience the updates. I am a new th7, and I haven't got to experience or try out any of these cool new troops or spells.

Th8 is where everything gets awesome, don't worry, you'll get there.
Its mainly th8 and th9. Personally I was most excited at th7 with the coming of DE. However Supercell will continue to 'develop' the higher TH levels so not much new stuff. At least you can still get bowlers in your cc!:cool:

When CoC first came out, it only went up to TH8. That's why TH8 and under doesn't really get much, they already did. Spells and teslas are the 2 major ones.
