Townhall level

Hi, I'm new to the forum and this has most probably been brought up before. But I would like to suggest that the developers please change part of the gameplay when you search for a base to attack that it filters with the player's townhall level and not the trophies. I don't see how it is fair that someone from Master league who has previously had 2601 trophies and has now dropped to 1226 trophies which classifies him in Silver I then attacks someone who is legitimately on Silver 1 and annihilates their base. Please, this change will be greatly appreciated by the people who are trying to enjoy the game and play fairly.

Some changes were made on that part already, there's a lower chance of finding even a TH that is 1 level lower than yours. It's still possible to find lower THs, but it's less likely.
