Is it possible to make an application that maybe sits in the task-bar, that can allow me to respond to or at least read the chat messages. As a leader of a clan, I don't like if a clan mate requests something of me or requests troops and it sits there for a while. I am already a registered developer and if this feature can be added to the API I wouldn't mind building the program.
