Cert system - add ability to specialise your base and troops!

Add a simple system where players can earn up to a maximum of 75 cert points (earned through experience levels not TH level) that can be used to enhance base defence, troop attack, troop defence and spells.

Limit 30 points to assign to base defence, 30 to troop attack and defence, 15 to spells.

Eg.

Assigning 1 cert point to a cannon increases damage by 20%
Assigning 1 cert point to archer increases damage or increases hit points

Make the system so that not every troop or building can be enhanced therefore creates specialisation.

Enable Certs to be redeployed every 48hrs. Not able to redeploy Certs during war prep so players can't adapt to what they see - the clan has to prepare ahead.

For clans-

Enables clans to create specialist attackers for air / ground assaults that can be targeted towards specific specialisms of base defence.

For players -

Adds enormous depth to an already great game that means attacks become more strategic than focusing on army construction and troop placement and upgrading.

Adds another complexity to players performance meaning that not just TH level is a sign of advancement.

Importantly not able to be purchased with gems providing an incentive for players to keep playing and warring up the experience levels.
