Please help! Did my son lose his account??

Hello,

my son had his clan on my iphone. Today he bought a new Ipod. I wanted to transfer his account to his new Ipod.
I was told to create an account on the game center and load the account. It looks like it loaded my "other" sons account and now his account is GONE! My son can still "view" his old clan on my wife's Iphone so I assume that it's still there, SOMEWHERE?

I know nothing about the game so I'm completely in the dark what to do and my son is having a meltdown.

Did I lose his clan permanently?

Any help would be so much appreciated!

Im sorry but he did lose it. You can't get it back. The account cannot be transferred to another ipod\Iphone\Ipad. He will need to start from scratch.

You have to use the same game center account your son was using on his old ipod

Hi Aidan,

If you have set a Game Center account on his Base then you won't lose it. But if not, then it's safe to say it now floats on CoC server. Unless you canfind the old iDevice and set a GC for it.

did you save that account on gamecenter? If there is a different account on the gamecenter create another one for him cause i think theres a one gamecenter one game limit...
pps this is suppose to be in bugs and problems subforum....
