I would suggest that since all the clan castle troops (on defence) attack the enemy troops, it would be nice to have the dark spells on defence as well.
When the clan castle is destroyed, the dark spell activates in the same area where the Clan castle was.
It would be more realistic, as if the whole clan castle is destroyed, the dark should be destroyed as well.
So, it would be great to see poison spell, for example, pop up where the clan castle was destroyed.
Earth quake could be modified to affect troops (20% of the damage, or so), Haste spell to slow enemy troops, instead of hasting them.
