Enhanced Unit Ability: Shock Armor
[Part 2 of the Enhanced Ability Concept]
Purpose: Late-game balance, unit viability
Implementation: Academy/Proving Grounds
Primary Beneficiary: Hog Rider
Details: The Hog Rider is rarely used at TH10 or TH11. Even with the Level 6 upgrade it is still very frail against a medium-to-max defense TH10. Once researched, Shock Armor will reduce the damage Hog Riders take from Giant Bombs by 35%. It will also have a minor -1 speed effect. Why 35%? Please see these charts:

Argument For: In my opinion - the addition of Hog Riders as a Giant Bomb's favorite target was a good decision. It was simply too effective against TH9 defenses; however, with the additional Giant Bomb and bomb damage at TH10, it seems to be too much. Being able to reduce this bomb damage could possibly make this unit viable in late-game.
Argument Against: The Level 6 upgrade is still fresh, and there hasn't been enough time to see if it helps make this unit viable again. This upgrade would up the chances of a 3-star war attack in a TH10 vs. TH9 match.
