I had this bug happen to me one time. I was upgrading healing spell and was going from lvl 2 to lvl 3. When it finished it went to lvl 4 healing with out stopping at lvl 3. I wish it did that on my dragons would of been epic.
Hello. I've recently saw players in coc that are (maybe) bugged. The problem is, they're getting so powerful. How come a level 30 player have level 5 archer and giants? He only got level 4 lab and lv 6 town hall yet. I hope this bug is fixed soon.

Very usual bug of CoC. Sometimes during a Maintenace Break/Update several players will get this bug when they're upgrading a Troop or building one.
No clear explanation but it's common =)
Reading the forums, I have taken note of how people say that Supercell doesn't really care about what we post on here, so I hope this will be different. So this guy joined our clan about a day ago, his name is m151827. He is level 21. The first thing I noticed out of the ordinary was that he is level 21 and giving out level 4 archers. I didn't think too much of it, and later he asked if we knew why this was happening. I responded that his game probably glitched, and he responded that he knew how to do it, he purposefully did it, and that he knew how to manipulate his gems as well. I don't know the validity of the last statement about gems, but I do know that he can change his troops levels. Here are the photos I took of the conversation and his base as well as his troops.
