I can not use the new layout Help

It has created a new layout, I have placed all the necessary elements,Red is not lit. Use click and nothing happens

I have written to hayday team but no reply. Tried restarting tablet, empty the cache in applications, I am up to date with game updates. Anyone else have this, I paid diamonds for this layout so not very happy.

Hope that helps y'all. Frankly, I'd rather delete the whole thing than try and find the needle in the haystack. Edit mode is very disappointing.
