Able to Donate Gold, Elixir, & Dark elixir

but it's donate value are being half or just 25 % donated

For example :
I'm donate 1000 gold,
my friend just received 500 gold or 250 gold

This thread is pretty common and it has been ruled out every time. There is a clan troop donation, use them along with other troops to get your loot and think of them as your earnt resource instead of a borrowed one.
