I would like to join your clan I was co leader of my own family and friends clan but no one is active anymore so just joined another clan but alot of kids.
I'm 34 on everyday, enjoy war and just maxed out th7 so recently moved up to th8.

We would be happy to welcome you and your clanmates in our clan. We war 24/7 but lately quite some ppl left us and joined another clan, that we have good contacts with btw. We have around 30 clan members now and we like to have between 40 and 50. We have a lot of experienced players and use all kind of 3star strategies in war, so there will be enough opportunities to learn, also for us hopefully when you guys would join our clan. ABOUT US:
We are a dedicated adult war clan with a war record that speaks for itself. We love to war and always give our best to win no matter who the opposition may be. We demand respect between clan members and disrespectful behaviors will not be tolerated. However, expect trash talking and joking with each other but this is all for fun.
As we are a serious war clan, we believe in maxing our Town Hall Level before moving up to next Town Hall.
Communication and teamwork is what makes us so successful. Our clan uses clan chat and 'Band' groups to help communicate war strategies and other important information.
We post lots of videos of 3 star strategies from top clans in each "Band" group and on our website for us all to learn from.
We have many long term members from all over the world. So that means there are no dead times and always a leader available to help answer any questions or needs you may have.
We don’t have a donation ratio because we have never needed to! The usual problem is not being fast enough to fill others' request!
WHAT WE WANT
Must have a love for wars! You must have a desire to improve your war strategies and learn new ones! You MUST be able to 3 star your own TH opponent or be willing to learn how.
Even more important though is being active and social in chat and being part of the team. We as a clan benefit from active players. I’m not talking about players who get on everyday and collect from their collectors. Or even players that donate or receive troops once in awhile.
Activity in this clan means saying hi to your friends. Being present and known by your clan mates.
I’m not even talking about everyday. We all have real lives and real obligations. However, make yourself known when you do have the time. If your real life has you bogged down, say it real quick in the feed the next time your collecting. Let someone know. We’ve all been there. There is immediate understanding for that.

I'm in the same boat as you. My clan is level 8 with 111 war wins. Our war log (last 50) is 45-5. We are good and win wars. However I'm start to get a bit frustrated as a lot of my clan is rather inactive lately and I lack solid leadership to help me out. We were used to warring with about 25 but it's been 15v15 for the last month. I'm also considering merging options as recruiting just stinks. We are based in USA but have global players. 18+. We currently have no th10s that war... Our range is usually th9-th7.Quote:

We're a similar clan. We're currently at 20 members, US-based (mostly Central Time Zone, though I'm on the west coast), we're all adults from mid-20s to mid-40s. The clan has been together since October of 2014, and we've expanded and contracted over the past year and a half. We have a consistent, active, and loyal core. Right now, we're TH7 through TH11, with most of our people at TH9.
We are about 800XP shy of lvl 8, so we should get there in the next few weeks. We war twice a week with consistent start times: once over the weekend (search on Friday) and once mid week (search on Tuesday).

We're serious about our wars and have 119 career wins, but we're not boot-happy. We like winning...a lot...but we also understand that sometimes things crop up. We aren't going to punish people for a first offense if they're in good standing within the clan.
