How about a little stability?

Yea, agreed. It seems like someone's put a rocket up their a$$es in terms of extracting cash from players.

I don't mind the whole adaptation thing, even though I haven't been a fan of most of the recent updates, but the whole buff/nerf cycle is getting a bit tedious.

Honestly, i don't think all the tweaking has anything to do with profits. I think it just comes down to a group of people who can't resist doing some tinkering. I don't think the developers are being greedy, I think they are being self-indulgent.

I suppose it all comes down to them being able to say that they've done SOMETHING even if it will be completely reversed next time.

The update notes would look a little bare if they weren't doing this I suppose :smirk:

The message i get from their behavior is that they do not know what to do and that they're trying to resuscitate this game after they had it in a choke hold for Christmas.

Also, no one is that attentive to a long thread. nobody wants to be disregarded. The emergence of numerous threads about the same topic should be an alert on how crucial the issue is. And it's the mod's job to compile them should it's necessary. You're speaking against a natural human reaction.

Yea, I see your point but I'm not entirely convinced. I felt a big shift in the game landscape a few months ago, gave me a bit of deja vu from other games that trended the same way.

It does feel like decisions are being made by people who don't play the game a lot though. That troop AI "improvement" a while back was just... yea.

It seems that you're always trying to manage the forum and you are always telling us how we should or shouldn't use it. So let me make a suggestion for a rule that YOU should follow:

Don't try to hijack a thread by changing the subject.

The fact that I used the word "stability" in the title doesn't mean that any kind of stability is on topic. The first sentence of the post says it all.

What are you trying to prove? Are you trying to seek attention? Close this thread if you want but you aren't a mod

I really feel that if they're ever going to make changes to the game, then they can't be trusted to do them by themselves.

There has been way too much imbalance lately, all caused by them overzealously buffing troops then continuing to overzealously nerf them even further.

If a change is going to be made it should be underbuffed once or twice till it finds that perfect balance rather than be overbuffed then overnerfed continuously.

Even then real players should make be allowed to decide whether a unit should be nerfed or not as supercell seem to not understand anything at all about their own game.
