New game changing troop, the NIGHT STALKER
Hey everyone, and welcome to my thread for this amazing troop, the night stalker. The night stalkers primary purpose would be, which might sound weird, to die. Why? Stay tuned and you'll find out!!!:)

Section 1: Looks
The way I see it, the night stalker would be a big dragonfly, or something that looks like a dragonfly. Atop it would be a ranger, guiding it, for without him it would not be tame. The dragonfly would probably be black with red stripes and orange glowing ones. The ranger would be concealed in a brown or black cloak or shawl. However, though to some it would see, weak, it is nothing of the sort...
Section 2: The Three Phases
The night stalker would have three phases to it, each getting stronger as it goes...
Phase 1: In phase one, the night stalker wouldn't really be considered a night stalker. It would be weak, but tanky. This faze would really be to get to the center of your opponents village, funneling other units in behind it, to support it during its third phase.
Phase 2: Phase two and three happen at the same time but, for explanation purposes, I will do them separately. Phase two happens when the night stalker gets below a quarter health. However, phases two and three can be skipped if enough damage is done, probably from either the eagle artillery or seeking air mine, and kill the night stalker before it gets below a quarter health. The ranger would hop off the night stalker, wanting his life to spared. In response, the night stalker, no longer under guidance, goes beserk but becomes vulnerable and greedy. It switches to attacking resources and dealing double damage, but taking double damage in return, making x-bows it's worse enemy, and more useful.
Phase 3: As stated above, phases two and three happen at the same time. Phase three involves the ranger. The ranger, when nesseled on the night stalker, was hiding a crossbow. When he jumps down, he pulls it out. The main goal of the ranger would be to get to the town hall, which he deals x2.5 damage too, since he wants to be the hero. However, he gets cowardly. Once any defense deals 150 damage to him, he becomes invisible and doesn't attack until the defense that did the damage to him was destroyed. This would protect him on his path to the town hall or while attacking the town hall, opening up strategy to the players. However, because of the invisibility factor, he would have low hit points.
Section 3: Attributes
The night stalker itself would take double damage from seeking air mines. It would move swiftly to avoid damage from other towers and, in phase two, would only attack resource buildings and deal double damage to ANYTHING. The ranger, because of his invisiblility, would take double damage from mortars, which can hit him at any time because of their SPLASH DAMAGE.
Section 4: Offence
Here are some ways that the night stalker could be used on offence:
1. This troop could be used in GoWiWi or GoWiPe, even though it is an air troop. The purpose would be to get the ranger on the ground, and for units to clear a path for him.
2. HoSiDa, a new strategy I made up. Hogs, night stalker, and dragon. First wave, all hogs and half of your dragons to clear a path, then send in your night stalkers and dragons to support them. The hogs should have cleared enough defenses on the ground for your rangers to act freely.
Section 5: Defence
To counter the night stalker and its ranger, you wouldn't want your seeking air mines in the middle anymore, you would want them spread out along the perimeter, but too close as to not kill the night stalker in one shot. You also wouldn't want their locations to be obvious, to surprise the attacker. In addition to this, you want your mortar more spread for those that don't, to make sure if you lose one you don't lose two, in order to ensure that the ranger takes lots of damage.
Section 6: Why and Conclusion
Why you ask, why did I think this troop worthy? Supercell needs a troop that will develop much strategy not only on offence, but on defence too. A troop that would a develop on multiple sides of the game, as well as in farming and aggressive attacking. A troop that would affect both the high ups and the low downs. A troop that would go to the hearts of some, but not maybe the hearts of others. I feel that this is that troop, and I thank you for taking a little time out of your day to read this. It all starts with an idea, a spark, so please leave me any feedback you feel necessary, positive or negative, though I prefer positive. Also, suggestions are greatly welcomed.
