Clanmates Full Profile Details - CLAN WARS STAR achivments

Hi SC,
as we know, leader responsibility at every clan is not only to lead the clan but also to attract new user to become clan mates and hope can become loyal to the clan. Nowadays, we always see user jump to another clan or left the clan whenever they like and this always create unfair to the Leader and CO's especially during the clan wars. i have a suggestion here that might be can minimize this issue and lets the user to think twice before the left the clan.
Can developer team create another additional details on each clan user profile that contain all the history or statistics of clan war star participation. what i mean here, is good if there is a details on each user profile like

1. how many 3 star he achieve since joining the clan wars on existing clan, instead of the summing of all 1,2,3 clan wars star in a sum, people will never know the exactly ability,skill that maybe can be a useful fact for the new clan to accept this user. remain the Wars Star won, but additional details can be shown on "My Clan" section.

2.No's of clan this user jump - the number of clan that he joined, regardless of the same village he had visited . its obvious not every clan likes to accept new members especially the user that demand high but less contributions.

hope with this new idea can avoid user to left n jump frequently to other clan and stay loyal in 1 clan for more longer. jump or left to another clan consider is useful sometime especially if we try to learn a new skill. but if too many jump and left on our profile, then for sure its a good details for a new clan to accept us.

Both of these could and most likely would present bad information about people. SC doesn't want to place any negative information on accounts. Would u like it if you had some bad war attacks and it goes on your profile as your a bad attacker or u were trying to find a good clan and now you look like a hopper? SC on displays info that is beneficial.

i believe, attacker which have some bad war attack will not continuously contribute bad attack too. unless he or she is like to do a troll attack forever. this is not about 5 or 10 wars participant but we are talking about 500 to 5000 wars participation.
