The Treasury is the best place to keep Star and War Bonuses. But when you want to collect some resources for an upgrade you are forced to collect ALL of the resources. The Treasury should have a withdrawal feature where the clasher can enter how much of each resource they wants when collecting from the Treasury. It would have features similar to a bank in regards to withdrawing resources.
