If you can't solve the matchups we need a Forfeit war button so we can cancel the war take the red line and declare a new war we actually have a chance at winning, instead of waiting 24 hours to get our bases wrecked, and then watch it unfold for another 24 hours. What say you?

With the current match makings it's basically the same thing, we just have to wait an entire day to see how their overpowered troops crush our bases without any chance or hope to win the war. Yep, that's the clan war system now. If this is the new system from now on, SC should just put a surrender button to at least give us the option to save our time.
Can't. People would war and quit and war and quit as fast as possible. Then we would have thousands of ♥♥♥♥♥ing level 10 clans.

Yeah, I'm with the others. While this may sound like a good idea, it would get abused very badly.

No some clan will forfit every war they percive there are in a slight disadvantage then when they end up in a war in their advantage the other clan will forfit. I don't want to get into a search loop forfit then the other clan forfit
That would never work. Everyone would just cancel until they got a match up in their favor in which case the other clan would cancel and we would end up in never ending circle of canceling
3 cancellations per day, can only cancel 30 minutes or less into war pairing.
This so much. No one thinks anything through i swear. For instance my clan is on a 21 war win streak right now, and since you can now see that in the clan description we would cycle through 50 clans before one actually felt like fighting us.Quote:

With the preamble that before this update we mostly (like 8-9 out of 10) got fair matchup, after this update we got on a 15vs15, an unfair matching: 1 th11 and 1 th10 on our side, vs 2 th11 and 3 th10 on the other side. On a 15 vs 15 it made it clearly impossible to fight it.
Yet we fought, got close to winning it, and nobody complained. Nobody thought to not fight it.
We had our fun and that's it.

I want to war, and I don't want to waste resources, for what is a known losing effort. Not my fault all the engineered clans that were trying to game the old system couldn't find a war pairing after the update. So instead my clan and our win streak get to get decimated by a clan that far outmatches us because all the system gamers cried about it.Quote:

Yeah, except any good clan now has to keep declaring over and over again as people basically "next" them. You don't get to choose who you war, you get matched up. Being able to "next" until you find an easy opponent is obviously a significant problem.Quote:

My current war is a mismatch and we are getting the tar beat out of us. We've told everyone no pressure just hit somebody as practice and get a few stars for some clan xp.
If everyone who thought they were in an unfair match-up could simply cancel the war and start a new search you'd have an extremely large number of clans simply canceling the war if it looked like they were at any disadvantage. And one side will almost always think they are at a disadvantage when it comes to war.
You are essentially asking for a "next" button for war that both sides have to agree to "not-next".
The object of war is to win, we are a war clan, it's really quite that simple. If I'm not choosing the battle and the battle is chosen for me I fully expect it to be a fair fight.Quote:

And why shouldn't that be a reason to be upset! Elixir is a resource and a a commodity no matter whether it comes from time investment ingame or real life currency. And no war was ever easy, the score is always close while the clans strengths remain far and in - between.
