war challenge button

This is just to save both clans time. Some times we face wars with almost dead clans. They never try to win wars. The challenger button will work on this situation. Lets say my clan is A n other clan is B. we r winning by big margin within 1st 12 hours of play. Even after 18 hours other clan not trying to gain on us. (sometimes i see there r no ppl in the clan) . After 18 hours clan A leader challenge clan B To surrender, by clicking challeng buttn.
If clan B leader agree, clan A will recieve full perks and will end the war. Clan B will recieve what ever perks they had on that time.
Only leaders can challenge or surrender.....
If clan B decline, war will go on....
To challenge need to wait 18 hours of the war.
