I've even scoured the DD looking for stuff a stranger needs. Follow him, find the stuff he needs, fill his crate then unfollow. Pretty much went out of my way to help a random stranger. Well, I don't do that anymore. It sucks, but whatcha gonna do?
There are so many ways SC can "improve" the system. I say improve because the current system is not perfect. There are ALWAYS room for improvements. Expand that horizon.
1. Remove random strangers from the last helpers tab altogether. Just include friends and followers only.
2. If SC insists on having random strangers be on the tab, reduce it from 2 weeks to 1 day. What's the point of 2 weeks anyways? I see no benefit to the 2 week duration at all. Change the numerical value in the code. It's that simple.
3. Who really cares if "Pls help my boat" or "do not buy from last crate" or someone who I don't know is a recent contributor to an event? Get rid of it. It's pointless.
If SC would do any of those, I guaranteed we'll have more group hugs, rainbows and hearts floating around in this forum XD Heck, people who aren't currently helping in the DD would even help more. Win/Win.
