Possible Idea: In-Clan Tournaments

This would be possible, and could bring back some people who left because Clash became too complex and boring with recent updates.

With In-Clan Tourneys, it would be like a war, but only with one clan. There would be win bonuses, and prizes for getting a certain amount of stars (e.g., 5000 gold every 5 stars). It would have no prep time, but bases could be modified until the person has been attacked once. It would also help with designing new strategies and bases.

I have discussed this with other members of my clan, who agree it would be a more fun way to get back what we lost with the recent updates

I also think it would be cool, and hopefully SuperCell will see this and realize they could get back some revenue they lost when a bunch left the game.

Any loot bonus could be 'given' by leaving th outside base and generally making your base terrible. Remember that these are your allies. They want to help you in any way they can.

Plus if I want to test out an attack strat for war this is the perfect way to tweak my attack until I get it perfect. Especially if its a clean up attack.

Yes, it may be easier to abuse then SuperCell might want, but it would mostly be used for fun, which would bring back players who began to find it boring, which would benefit SuperCell. The benefits may outweigh the positives in this situation.
