Reduce building time by allowing additional builders to be assigned to project
Reduce building time by assigning additional builders. Each added builder would reduce the time by a proportional amount. This would help with both: 1) heroes not available during upgrade (since upgrade time would be shortened with additional builders working on it,) and 2) the 5 second building penalty for logging on while anything is upgrading.
When you start upgrade CoC could ask, "How many builders do you want to use for this upgrade?"

Sorry, I read them but must have missed it. I haven't been around as long as you. Maybe they should reconsider as it is painfully boring waiting for upgrades to complete. Every time I have to sit out wars I am less motivated to play. I know they will do whatever they want, but I like the game less and less the more I advance (TH9 almost maxed), because the long upgrades make it less interactive.
