Looking for a active person to help lead a feeder clan

We are looking for a person who is very active at least th9 not rushed. This person must be able to 3 star th9 using goho or lavaloon style attacks. Th10 or th11 must be experienced at war.
You must be patient with new recruits and try to teach them how to 3 star. You will be responsible for helping to manage wars by keeping a eye on attacks and coaching. After a player proves to be worthy of 3 stars we move them to our main clan or sister clan. If you think you are right for the job pm me. I dont want to merge or join a clan .
