Gift Cards present, Harp, got lost upon placement in the farm

Hi all, new to the forums.

I am playing HayDay in my Android device.
I have an issue which happens for the first time so far but it is quite annoying.

So after gathering 30 gift cards I asked for the respective parcel to be sent which contained the harp.

After I placed the harp in the farm I left the tablet idle for a while and screen locked. Next time, after few seconds, I unlocked the tablet, harp was gone and cannot be found in the inventory. Even when i check on the extra farm layers I cannot find the harp.

Would you please let me know what has happened and how I can get back my -long awaited- harp ?

Is this the support forum for Supercell games or Users Forum ?

Thought I'd get some support.

The best thing to do is log an in-game help request. Supercell do read these pages, but they probably won't be able to do anything from here and will advise you to log an in game request.
