Assault Warrior

Introduction:

Hello, this is GREATEST1TFG, and today I am going to be outlining an idea I have had for a long time, but has not been complete until now. The Assault Warrior is kind of an archer as it walks up to the target, and kind of a barbarian when it reaches it. I always make sure my suggestions on any/all forum is not OP/UP.

1. Stats/The Main Idea
The main idea: I would like a troop that does a little extra damage on the way up to what it is attacking. It would be very useful against other troops. This will be especially big, slow troops that auto target certain buildings (giants). If targeting an air troop, then it would stop underneath, and keep shooting arrows.

Stats:
Base: 100 Health Ranged: 10 damage per shot/20dps Melee:25 damage per hit/ 25dps
Price To Train: 15 DE Fav. Target: Troops/Heroes TH:11 Housing Space: 2
Movement Speed: 32 While Targeting: 10

2. Offensive Strategy:
These lure out powerful Clan Castle troops with a couple barbs, then surround them with these to immobilize, and further destroy the pekka/dragon/whatever is in there. These are better if you destroy walls in front of it first. These troops do not attack buildings/units behind them. Instead, they attack the same building/troop in melee as they did walking up to it and shooting it.

So, to use these to their full potential:
1. Kill CC troops before anything else.
2. Bust some walls.
3. Provide cover.
4. Send them in.

Defensive Strategy:
1. If you are Giant/ Dragon/ Pekka/ Baloon raided frequently, request these guys often, as they could very well save your base.

Base Defence:
To protect against these, place wizard towers and mortars behind another building. This way, They have more time to destroy all of them at once. DO NOT try to kill them with cannons. It will just end badly.
