I won 2 gifts on sequence : a wheel gift (an hydrangea blue) and a card gift (a musical instrument) . When i was disposing the instrument in a certain farm place sudenly both gifts dissaperd as son as my farm reentered and there was no sign of both gifts ever since.
Contact Support. Explain what happened. Politely but firmly insist they return the gifts you won (not gift cards or some free spin or a diamond to spin again), as you very much liked your prizes and worked hard to win them.
They hopefully will reimburse you the actual gifts.
You can contact Support through the game.
Tap on the cog wheel, tap on settings, then tap on help and support. Now tap on the magnifying glass. Type in 'contact'. A contact us form appears at the bottom of the page.
