Restrict spy's during WAR

Every clan would like to start war and wish to win always. All those clans don't have the 50 people. So they will recruit people always. It makes the enemy clan to go for a cheap idea. That is the clan member will leave the clan and join the enemy clan and take take screenshots of all the bases and join back their own clan. So they can see all the traps and plan their attacks with respect to the bases.
So, there is an idea to restrict them. If a person joining a clan while preparation or war day HE/SHE SHOULD BE RESTRICTED TO TAP CLAN WAR BUTTON UNTIL THE CURRENT WAR gets finished. It could be helpful to restrict the spy's.

Simple solution:

Check the clan and remember all the names or something like that.
Also use fake bases untill the last minute.

Why? I send spies to the clans, it's like in real wars.. If the clan is open, it's easy, if is "invite only" and someone accepts it's problem of that clan.

What I do to prevent me from that is to close the clan or increase a lot the trophies. The people that come in need invitation, so if someone of my clan accept that people, the problem is in my clan. All the elder and co already knows, during the war nobody come in by self-invitation (this is clan organization problem..)

Here's my Idea on this:

So Clan War has begun, lets say between Clan A and B. Clan members (ie All members, not just the War participants) of A will not be able to join B until war ends, they would be restricted, unable to send request in case of Invite only. They would however be able to join other clans, just not the opponent Clan in the War. This would work both ways.

As I said, if the spy can enter the clan is because: 1) Clan is open to everyone. 2) Somebody accepted him
So the problem is bad clan organization.

The "position of spy" should be a feature, I close my clan during wars or increase a lot the trophies, so only people join by clan-invitation and not by self-invite.

As i said, People from Clan A would not be able to join B even if it was Open, in this case a new system would be worked out by Supercell to prevent A from joining B. Bad Clan Organisation? Answer me this, if your clan had war everyday how would you get more members if you Closed you Clan during war as you say?. From you opinion, you have a window where new people can come to clan, mostly 45 mins maximum ie while searching for war.

We can do that. But still they can use their other accounts. And also they can join on battle day and can see all those traps. Most of the clans don't have full capacity. So they need to recruit people always to strengthen the clan

This is also a good idea. But still they can use their other accounts to spy the enemy clan.

Every clan will love wars. So if a war finishes they will start the next war as soon as possible. So it could not be a good idea to keep clan closed during wars. And also if a person is chatting in global the person who is not in a clan may send request without chatting with them.

I am looking for a system to stop this. Like if a person is in war they cant join war in other clan.
