I think that 12 hours is way to long for leaders to communicate with the whole clan.
I suggest that we lower the cool down to 6 hours or even 3 hours.

I agree except with another idea..
Remove the cool down completely, cool down timer is a ridiculous feature in the first place.
Worried about spam? Don't let those who don't deserve CO leader be CO leader..
P.s. add a private chat feature when you remove the group message cool down.
Nah I don't agree with no cooldown timer. What if the Leader promoted someone to Co, the leader went off, and the co went berserk and when the leader comes back on it's already happened?Quote:
