To end this, I'm proposing to assign players as game moderators, which will keep an eye on the global chat and give out warnings and even have to ban players temporarily. These players would have their texts highlighted as yellow instead of white, and with a slightly bigger font size so all players could see their texts. As you can see, I didn't include permanent banning to ensure that no game moderators would become overpowered within the game. These players would have to be active and with some experience, preferably older accounts. The game moderators would give out multiple warnings to players who break the rules and if severe, ban the players for a certain amount of time(3 days-2 weeks, depending on the severity of the case). To put an example out there, Galaxy Empire has this feature implemented and many conflicts between players have been effectively seized as soon as moderators intervened. Many of the players in global are respectful and those who tend to say foul language or forbidden content get warned by those same moderators, which are players within the game as well. Please that this feature into consideration to ensure that the communication between players in global chat is merely respectful and controlled.
