new Dev like app

I don't know where to post this first off but I think this would be good the idea is a separate app that has same functions as a dev acct u can test new ideas to see if they would work such as a new defense lvl a new troop etc and u would be able to make the values and art for these new building Kbps and troops and u could try new features this would be on a private server also for test attacks u could only attack computer generated bases
To prevent practice war attacks also if u make a idea for the game in it u can copy the code and send it to supercell to make their job easier cause they will have a starting code to work with which means less work than writing a code from scratch which means they save money tell me what u think and if this is in the wrong subfourm plz move it mods/supercell staff
