I have written to support 3 times and can not get help. No one from other neighborhoods can see my emblem pink shield, pink cherries. .. i can recruit but i always hear There are so many SUNSHINE FARMS but none have the EMBLEM of the pink cherries on pink shield. Can someone please please help!!!
As far as I know, there is no fix for this yet. The search results only bring up so many names and some NHs don't seem to come up in search results if it has a name that is a popular name, which yours likely is a popular NH name.
You're going to have to either friend people on FB or GC and have them find your NH that way or make a new NH with a unique name.
It would be cool if each NH had a unique ID or something and that was entered into the search.
