Clan war donations

Clan war have been here with us for a long time. But there are still things that can be improved. One thing that would help tremendously is control over clan war troops. By this I mean:

1. Control of who donates in clan war. For example: only few clan members (leader, co-leader) can donate in clan war. There have been cases where few have donated troops (for eg: wallbreakers) which do not provide value in base defence.
2. Show a log of who actually donated in clan war. I know this is going to be big issues as keeping log would require more space and this may not be optimal solution for every devices out there ( I have a pretty poor one). But this information can be vital to maintain clan solidarity by banishing members who do not work or contribute towards clan goal.
3. If someone donates for clan war defence, it will also reflect to donations. Right now there is no count of what/who has donated to clan war. Also keep in mind that to donate in clan war troops is really high (lvl5 dragons cost 37k so to put this in 10 bases already is sometimes more than you earn during war). This hopefully won't be neglected.
