You must have/be:
-Town hall 7+
-Level 55+
-Dragons a Must at TH7
-Active in War and use both attacks
-Enthusiastic for war
-Calm and Non-Racist
-TH 9 hero's combined lvl 20+
-TH 10 hero's combined lvl 30+
