Help me problem in gamecenter and facebook

Hello, i need your help about my game, i tried to connect it to gamecenter using tutorials over youtube and etc and it displays that Welcome (name) to your farm w.e but the farm progress doesn't save on it :@ i've tried to use the same gamecenter account on another IOS device and it didn't show any message to move the farm there, and my old facebook account got deleted as my father deleted it for me, so my game isn't connected on any thing not on facebook and not on gamecenter so i need your help to fix it please, the old facebook is perm deleted and my farm is level 114, please guys help me ;(

I've sent you guys over 20 tickets from the same farm that i need help at and your support tells me everytime to name the farm name and level and etc, like come on are you serious? CAN't THEY READ THAT I AM CONTACTING YOU FROM THE SAME FARM? actually i am sick of ur support team either you support me here or stop giving hope to people that you can't even help.

I know, it is inconvenient and a pain to answer all those questions but it helps them locate one farm out of millions. I erased my iPod and set it up as new. Within an hour or so, answering those questions, and finding the receipt from the first time I purchased diamonds was a HUGE PAIN, but got my farm back in a bit over an hour from first email to them until I put the recovery code in and got my farm.

Let me explain this a different way. The hay day app has information stored on your device. So, if you go to a new iPhone or iPad or iPod, these files aren't there. Even connecting to GC, hay day does not have those files so you get a level 1 farm or maybe a really old one from Facebook. To override it, you need to reload those files from hay day's servers. And you need a unique code only support can give you to recover the other farm. If you don't do what is needed, they may assume you bought it from someone in China for $100 or something and think you are trying to steal someone else's farm.
