That's the thing, people have to lure and kill now, not just spam the poison spells.

While most players will be reacting to the content of this update, I am encouraged by the tone. In this post, there is a refreshing lack of arrogance on the part of Supercell. Perhaps all of the game deletions, forum posts and one star Apple and Google reviews have finally gotten through! It took four months, but this post seems to reflect the fact that Supercell has recognized the need to listen to its players. After all, without new players, you don't get any new gem purchasers. Why this took so long is beyond me, but as we say in the States, "Better late than never".
It is great to hear from the development team for sure! Thanks for this. Unfortunately taken by themselves these changes would be pretty rough on effective attacks for TH11. This can only mean there must be some balancing offensive tweaks coming in the update. If not, my interest in continuing to play Clash has gone as fast as OP witches, or even a little faster.
I think it will make war more dynamic, and help greatly in holding onto loot on a general defense.
All I see is more farming killers and resource wasters, buffing defenses, nerfing offense, faster spell cook times (sucking even more resources out of the economy etc.
The biggest one is 30 seconds less per attack. That's how they nerfed the queen walk. Take a long time to properly execute a good QW.
I'm sorry but so far this 100% sucks as far as I'm concerned.
I don't use it on my th11. Never used it lol. Let the witches do their jobs. Now don't know who is going to do the job :smirk:
Actually...this is a good point to take note of. That extra 30 seconds really set the stage for the QW/SQ strategy's effectiveness. Not just as a three star tactic (which it usually isn't) but more to when you drop your support troops and placement of both the AQ and the troops. This will be especially important in reducing the effectiveness of the QW in clan wars; you can give her about 30 seconds, but after that you need to get those troops in there to really do the heavy lifting.
No formal SQ/QW nerf, but losing the 30 seconds sure does work in favor of that....
