new barrack

LIGHT BARRACK
healers are now out of the regular barracks and replace it with the fire arrow archer from clash royale and we could have light barbs that are barbarians with small splash damage and so on (please give more suggestions in replies)
it could be for TH 9 and be bought with DE

What's the point of creating a whole new barracks when there are still many troop slots to fill in the DE barracks and the light barrack troops cost DE?
