Clan wars!!

When both clans have 100% destruction, could sc factor in the number of attacks that were used to declare a winner . Example::,, 20 v 20 war, both clans has 60 stars,,,, it took clan A 25 attacks to get 60 stars and it took clan B 30 attacks to get 60 stars, so with the new system instead of a draw clan A would be the winner

Only issue I see is implementation since it isn't a total attack number. Other than that I like this solution.
