Hey om a max th8, with only spells left to upgrade, i requested yesterday and got rejected, i mentioned that im from the coc forum,is there anything i did wrong?

I am a new th9 moving to 8.5 i.e. I'll not add new defenses and work on troops first.
Have max th8 Troops + Witches, Jump and Freeze spell. Camps are upgraded to 220 capacity.
550+ War stars. Good at GoHo, GoValHo, Zapquake DragLaLoon etc.
