All the events before the carrot season have been great. Loved the double vouchers on the cargo boat! But I would actually prefer a blank event board than the carrot season event. The daily dirt paper is full of carrots!!! Right now I'm wishing for a "95% less carrot ads in the paper" event! Lol! I'd like to see an all gold voucher event on cargo boats and jewelry tickets. Or a fat fish event where the fish are double the weight.
Carrots should already be at this time because they cost the same as carrots but yet take double the time normally to make.
This is something that should be permanent in the game!!!!!!
I am glad as the next person about the fun events but this is just a waste really.
Anything but carrots and it would have been a decent event!!!

So at first I thought it was pretty lame...especially compared to the last two events. But now I am finding it rather funny. The Daily Dirt loaded with carrot ads, people on this forum complaining about carrots. I think Supercell should make some sort of random rabbit that goes through and buys all the carrots from the stands.
this event not really that bad,i'll tell you why
1.low lv farmer can enjoy it,no just some higher lv like boat event
2.you can put carrots in ad so no one will take interest to check your stand.this is good thing if you want to do some trading and avoid accident when someone else pick your trading item.
3.faster harvest mean faster generate some random expansion item.don't be fooled by carrot ads in DD ,some of them have expansion item behind it.it's saturday and not working day so i have lot of time to check DD ads one by one and find lot of expansion material :)
Even in the facebook groups people are disappointed. Had they done this for sugarcane or other longer produced it would have made more sense.
Sorry but it's true. The 1st 2 events made sense, and were fun. The carrot event hasn't been thought through! All that could happen from this is a over supply of carrots flooding the market! They can't be sold at any price, and now, instead of eggs being the bane of the newspaper's existence, it's carrots! If there were new and challenging things to make with the carrots that might be interesting, but this event is completely naff and pointless.:(
We want an update that includes a confirmation button for the use of diamonds! Not all this other stuff. The fishing is fine, and fun. The events might turn out to be ok if they are thought through and make some sense, but what we really need is a diamond confirmation button. Every time I say this to Supercell they come back with the retort that players don't want it because it will interrupt the "flow of play". Does anybody out there actually think this? or is the flow that they don't want interrupted the flow of money that is generated by players replacing their accidentally used diamonds with new purchases of more diamonds??????????:mad:
If ANYBODY does NOT want a diamond confirmation button will you please answer this post? I need to know if you exist! Do you? Or are you a figment of the imaginations of the Supercell accountants?:confused:

SC has taken another step on forcing us to use Tom and eating up all the time and data trying to find anything needed thru the daily dirt. Stupid stupid stupid.
