Boring event. It takes only 10 minutes to crow carrots so what's the deal here. Cant people wait 10 minutes? If there have to be plant crowi g events make it sugarcane or srawberry or tomato event.
This is a great idea now we have stopped the large supply of bacon and eggs in the newspaper only to flood it with carrots. Actually not a good idea. What reward do we get for producing carrots other than an over full silo?
Who on earth thought that this would be a good idea and a gift to the players, it's ridiculous cos there's no need for extra carrots!!! As others have said, half the time for sugar, cheese, cream, JAM (which is FAR too long!) as these items are regularly asked for on the boats/orders. Give us a reason to want to keep playing not stay away!
I predict a newspaper full of carrots
Sorry, not a fan of speeding up carrots all by their onesies. Like a previous poster said, maybe if you want to speed up crops, do all of them. Loved the previous events though, good job on those.
Have you seen how many corrots are for sale in the Daily Dirt? Pointless.
I agree with most here. Carrots only took 10minutes to grow and the only positive thing I can think of is the fact that instead of Corn (5 minutes to grow, 1xp/plot) it yields 2xp/plot. Maybe good for ppl just starting out but then again, having to compete with thousand of others trying to sell carrots is only gonna fill up their silo and roadshop sooner or later.
An event cutting out the production/growth time with 50% for things that take +1hour seems more appealing. Only downside is that this may have a lvl requirement thus starting players won't benefit from it.
The idea behind the event is great, imo. But to half the time on carrots...? They takes 10 minutes!
How about doing this event with strawberries or tomatoes that takes 8-6 hours to finish. That would make sense. But carrots...?
I don't know where your heads where when you though the event would be great if applied on carrots. And I don't think I want to know...
