Hay Day Roadside Shop is not working

:(Hello..I have a problem with Hay Day...I can't see friends items in roadside shop and I can't buy or sell nothing..And sorry for my bad English...Thanks

I have the exact same problem can't sell or buy anything, i have sent trough the game a message and still no answer :mad:
I have been waiting for almost a month :mad::mad:

Only Support can help with this issue. You're going to have to wait for a reply from them.

If you need to contact Support, you can do that through the game:

Tap on the cog wheel, tap on settings, then tap on help and support. Now tap on the magnifying glass. Type in 'contact'. A contact us form appears at the bottom of the page.

There is another thread about this topic further up in this forum. Add your voices to that one!

Thanks for the info. :) This is a different issue that the players above are having.

Looks like we are going to stay like this for a long time as the ingame contact doesn't work since the last update :facepalm:, and no one bothers to answer for almost a month :mad:

Please help me with info ... how were you able to reach support ? Its no more there in ingame settings.
How did you mail them and where u got their response.
Please help my shop is blocked as well

i have problem with roadside shop.its 5 days i cant buy and sell.i dont find in help and support contact us button. i write letters in support hay day but its nothing.can somebody help me i dont know what to do.
