I've been trying to get the update to download since 4:30 am this morning. I've tried using my data alone, turning the WiFi on and off, force stopping and restarting, I really don't know what to do. The signal strength is good enough and I usually don't have problems with this. If I uninstall and re-install, I'm afraid I'll lose all my progress - currently at level 99. I also don't want to lose the diamonds I've purchased. Any advice on what I can do? I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S4.
I had the same issue. In another forum area, they provided a link to Google Play for Android users. http://supr.cl/GetHayDay. I used that and it worked. My game is connected to FB so I just signed in on the new one. I still need to uninstall the old one but the 5 diamonds did show up.
I'd say don't delete until you've talked with support. Better safe than sorry.Quote:
