Adult War Clan looking for active chashers.
Hey fellas, klan krushers clan is actively recruiting a few new dedicated members. We generally fight 10vs10 and 15vs15 wars, and with our clan expanding we're hoping to battle 20vs20.
Our clan is a LEVEL 6 and reaching 7 soon clan. Win total has now reached 56.
klan crushers nonstops battling. Opting Out is occasionally accepted but we are a war clan. Our members are here to fight.
Members are TH8-TH10. We are located in North America. Please speak English. Our wars generally restart within 10 hours after a battle.
klan krushers is comprised of enthusias adult clashers who enjoy war.
We are fun group of people who work together and help each other out. No egos or negative attitudes. Strategy is the name of the game.
AT THIS TIME WE ARE RECRUITING THE FOLLOWING:
Mid to Max TH8's and TH9's Must have at least one, preferably multiple viable three star war attacks.
Please, No Rushed Bases.
TH9's and TH10's MUST HAVE 150+ WAR STARS.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to join us, YOU MUST specifically type the words "dream team" in your in-game request to join.

Once you have made elder we encourage you to recruit friends. We are seeking guy's and ladies who are 20 years of age and up.
We do not have a mandatory donation ratio. We ask that you be "fair" with your donations, though and participate.
We have a system, and it works well. You do not have to be the best clashers in the world, please have a plan in war and execute the plan.
We strongly prefer that you fight in several wars with us when you first join the clan and then Opting Out is fine.
We don't boot for a bad attack, but, over time, you must show improvement. You must show the capability and desire to learn how to hit more effectively. We will help you with new strategies and hopefully you will help us develop our skills. It is our view that a one star 55% hit early in the war that had a chance for three is infinitely better than a two star hit which had zero chance of being three.
We were formed in late 2014. Many of us left a leaderless war clan in order to start fresh.
You must set the Opt in/out flag to red, and we will pull you onto the war roster as needed by the clan. This is how we do it. It is not open for debate or discussion.
klan krushers clan is a dedicated war clan. Not using attacks earns a boot. We cannot afford to have our members missing attacks. If you have not attained Elder, and miss attacks without contacting us with a reason preventing you from hitting, you will be booted. It's harsh, but we're all adults, and we must be responsible to our fellow clanmates. If you are an Elder and miss an attack, perhaps for the first time in a long time, then we will simply remind you to contact us with a heads-up. If you are an Elder with a warning, you will be demoted. And you must earn Elder status again. Future missed attack(s) while non-Elder will earn a boot.
If a clan does not have discipline, then they cannot achieve consistent results in war. This is our philosophy, and we believe it to be fair for everyone in the clan.
