Resource converter

A new building called the resource converter which can convert gold to elixir and vice versa. And it can also convert dark elixir to elixir+gold and vice versa. It will have a limit to conversion on a particular amount of loot per day to prevent mass conversions in millions.
It can be unlocked at th7. It will have 5 levels.
th7-lvl 1-can convert 100k gold/elixir per day.
th8-lvl 2-can convert 200k gold/elixir and convert 1000 dark elixir per day.
th9-lvl 3-can convert 300k gold/elixir and convert 2000 dark elixir per day.
th10-lvl 4-can convert 500k gold/elixir and convert 3000 dark elixir per day.
th11-lvl 5-can convert 1000k(1 million) gold/elixir and convert 5000 dark elixir per day.

The conversions are as follows:
1 elixir=1 gold (ie 200k gold gives 200k elixir and vice versa)
1 dark elixir=200 gold +200 elixir(ie 200,000 elixir + 200,000 gold gives 1000 dark elixir and vice versa)

I brought up this idea as many clashers including me face problems where we have a full gold storage with all walls and defenses maxed but have a few troops to max out or during war we want to do a govaho/gowiwi and have barely 500 dark elixir as we had just put witches to upgrade and things like that. it will also help cope with the levelling up of walls which is very hard after th8 and with the resource converter we can even out our resources and prevent any shortages.

The resource converter might not be a very good idea but i would like you guys to give it a thought!
