We are a level 9 war clan and will have our 200th win in about 30 minutes. We are primarily looking for TH8s of any strength, and non-rushed TH9s.

We are adults, speak English only, and we are more laid back than serious. We win wars by being efficient, rather than by being dictators. We encourage three star strategies and help people to learn. We don't punish failure, and instead focus on constructive criticism to get better as a clan.

• Fair play only.
• No donation requirements.
• Some of us raid a lot, some of us don't raid at all. Don't be surprised if the chat is quiet on non-war day.
• We war constantly, and have a pretty active chat on war day.
• If you opt in to war you must use both attacks. We use clan mail to give everyone a range of bases we think you can three star, and update it during the war. Sometimes the lowest people or people without heroes are encouraged to hit high for a one-star recon attack to discover traps and CC troops.
• Max troops only for war donations.
• Keep criticism constructive. If you are consistently ignoring good advice you will be kicked. You should be trying to get better. But if you try and fail it's fine. We aren't perfect.
• Honestly, we win about 4 of 5 wars. Those losses are a product of not being an intense clan. We think it's worth it for the relaxed atmosphere.

Sorry I didn't check the forum so didn't see your post. Yes, we'll be recruiting for some time now. We've kept membership low for a long while but want to grow, and we don't let rushed bases, jerks, or people who don't attack in. So we're growing slow on purpose.

We now have 204 wins, with 6 wins in a row and we've won 12 of last 13. Please remember to mention the forum post when requesting.
