Why are you ignoring your users feed back? I demand an answer from SuperCell.
I have played this game since release. Almost everyday since. I've seen this game change into it's current form. Which is still fun. BUT, wow you have to start COMMUNICATING with your users. We wander the dark without any answers all the time.
People spend thousands of euros, you are making millions but you can't even seem to perform a weekly dialog with your players. Becase we have questions for you.
here we go:
1. Why are you not removing ♥♥♥♥ders? The game is infested with♥♥♥♥ders, sooo many clans use it is a joke. High level clanwars cant even be played barely. For years we have seen modders, but you never talk to us. Most end game players believe that you dont fix it on purpose, only to make other players get mad and buy more gems. Even tho my whole clan sends a message and reporting opponent clans, we always get the same lame answer that u will look into it. Starting to look like 100% lies. Your game is broken, admit it. You lack the currage to boot players that spent a fortune to your account. Admit it.
2. Why do we still even have a revenge system? It has not been working at all, since you RELEASED this game. It is a feature that could be so awesome, but you just left it like it is. 100% useless. GIVE US A MESSAGE WHEN OPPONENT GOES OFFLINE, wow how hard is it...... Seriously.
3. Lack of communication in general. You don't talk to your community at all. Even tho you obviously cant add every feature that gets requested, AT LEAST ANSWER, tell them "yes heroes available in war during upgrade is a great idea, but blablabla.." You see my point. TALK WITH US. For example, last update screwed up the CC badly, troops not showing up or defending etc etc. You knew about this, but kept quiet, and now we still wonder since u didnt fix it in last server maintenance. Hello?? Do i have to go to finland and tell this in person, or are you going to answer?
You even told us you left us in the dark after the th11 update, you apologized, and didnt change afterwards... C'mon.
4. Fix the high end clouds to make the game playable at least. Last day i spent 12 hour shield and 4 hour guard and found 4 bases in total. (5250 cups) They didnt even offer more than 28 cups total, if 3starred all. How can this make any sense at all? Since i lose 25-30 cups almost every defence.
Sort of sad, cuz I was excited at first before i hit max level. Now I cant even play the game because....I got too good? ♥♥♥. It even took me 30 min to get ATTACKED. What are you thinking with? You kick me out the game cuz of personal break. And then Im banned to play for 30 minutes?! You forgot we spend money on this? Kind of like standing in line waiting, all tho you are VIP.
5. Change the global chat. I have no suggestion for this, I just find it weird how the chat works. It is filled with so much aggro. You have adults talking about drugs among young children, teenagers talking about more inapropiate topics. And trying to get girls telephone numbers. I wouldnt want my kids in that chatroom.
And the rest is just spam. And you can't mute players while in clouds?!...
Now, I demand an answer from a Super Cell employee. I have played since release, I pay money, I contribute with ideas, I still play every day. Don't dare to ignore ANOTHER player. These 5 things are the truth, and you know it too.
