I don't gem and im stuck in silver 3 my friends got a clan I'm in and it's new but no one ever joined and this always happens I'm trying to recruit on global but then a gold 3 to crystal 3 comes in and takes everyone i need help.

Try to get to gold 3, it will make recruiting easier. How many people are in your clan and what league are they i? Is your clan invite only?Quote:

You act like gemming is everything.... You can be successful in clash of clans without gemming.....
But I would say to get your league up by Townhall sniping and upgrade all walls to the max level to make you look more intimidating. And don't be desperate when you recruit on global. Just say, "Hey global, I would really like if you guys/gals would join our new clan. We are looking for (insert level here) and above players."
I include the level so you dont get premmies joining your clan. No one likes premmies
I forgot to mention, don't give out free elder. Elder will be pointless. Set a donation policy like a 1:2 ratio for donations and received, or Archers as the deault donation, etc.
Go trophy hunting and/or donating spree.
Thats the game... Just have to get over it and limit the people that you let in.
Did you expect that raising a clan would be an easy task? i praise my clan leader who started his clan with a few school buddies, went through hell with hoppers and people who stole members and turned it into the clan it is today.
