Super advanced clans are dumping trophies making it hard to find a clan truly at my level. Maybe go to a point based rating.. ie 2 points for lvl 2 wall... 8 points for lvl 8 town hall... 10 points for lvl 10 barracks. ... etc That would level the playing field.. thnx
they're working on war matchmaking. re-post this thread if the changes make it worse.
That's not how war matching is done. Has absolutely nothing to do with trophies.
It's the strength of
Troops
Spells
Th level
Heroes
Walls
Defensive buildings
That determines war matching
All of the above is given a number to each one (supercell has kept the number secret)
The stronger of the above items makes the number go higher.
They add all the numbers up on all of the bases in your clan that is in war and try to find another clan CURRENTLY looking for a war as well.
There is not always going to be a clan searching at the same time your clan is searching that has near the same number.
The longer the search goes on the wider the parameters get higher and lower from your clans number.
So if you find a war super fast it's usually matched up pretty good.
If the search goes on for awile the more of a chance you will get a way stronger clan or a really easy clan that you can beat..
Trophies play absolutely no part in clan war matching.
